It uses an Ultrasound noise, which is outside the range of human hearing, but which is believed to cause auditory stress to many rodent and insect pests.
DOES IT STOP PESTS FROM GETTING IN ?
No product can stop pests from entering your home, but it makes the normal nesting places for mice, rats and crawling insects uncomfortable - thus driving them out of the house.
WHERE SHOULD I PLACE THE PRODUCT ?
It should be placed in an unobstructed socket in the infested room. More detailed instructions are inside the pack.
HAS TESTING SHOWN IT TO BE COMPLETELY SAFE ?
Pestclear is independently tested to exceed all EC safety requirements, We proudly carry the CE mark on the product, showing that it exceeds all EC safety requirements.
HOW FAR DOES THE SIGNAL SPREAD OUT ?
Ultrasound is highly directional, so it is important to remember that the signal should not be obstructed as far as possible. One unit should be used for each infested room. (See my other auctions if you require products to cover a larger area)
CAN YOU GUARANTEE IT WILL WORK FOR ME ?
Unfortunately, when dealing with wild animals, it is impossible to give absolute guarantees, but we believe that Pestclear is effective, and our customer satisfaction statistics back this up. These figures are independently audited as part of our ISO 9002 quality managemant programme.
HOW WOULD YOU SUMMARISE PESTCLEAR 1000 ?
It is a clean, chemical free, product. It is an Irish design, and a modern alternative to traditional methods of pest control. When used properly, it can be a safe and effective aid to controlling pests in your home.
*ULTRASOUND may cause distress to rodent pets (hampsters, gerbils etc) when the unit is placed in the same room - turn ultrasonic function "Off" to avoid this.
